1. why is this vid titled the way it is???…that is the main stand you melt!!

2. They are going to expand the anfield road end in ,2019 to the height of the main stand, making it over 60,000

They can't go past 60,000 because it would cost a bomb with all the extra parking traffic and transport issues it would cause, they can't expand the centenary or kop because of right to light rules, when the old kemlyn rd was done in the early nineties the club owned all the houses that back onto the car park but sold them off as a quick profit, bad mistake. Won't be possible to expand anymore after this and we will be in the same situation again in 15 years

6. Only 58,000 seats!! I'm fed up with LFC always thinking small. This also runs paralel with our title ambitions. Fair enough we have not challenged for years but when we had one hand on the trophy, we say we are happy to come second. This is not a big club mentality of a big and successful club. Ok Man City have the finances however they were insignificant a few years ago and we are only 'happy' to be runners up to them.

   Come on LFC wake up and smell the coffee, don't only harbour ambitions of a club close to 60,000 seater stadium because Arsenal have one. A big club like ours should be the pioneers and design a high capacity stadium for a city which has only 2 clubs and has national and worldwide support.

   One thing I notice about the mentality of Liverpool is the ability to embrace change and will only do so when someone else has already done so.

8. Its a good start seen as expectation was high with regards to stadia when Gillett and Hicks took over…………..

   Like i say a good start but we all know that 70,000+ capacity would be perfect. So a phase 3 and 4 is needed for the kop and the centenery stand. Maybe an extra 7000 on the kop and about the same on the centenery stand.

13. I'm a liverpool fan in Australia, I have never been to anfield but i have heard great things about it. I love the new photos, but in future try to make the stands all the same height.

14. Im glad the stadium is expanding as i can never get hold of a Liverpool FC ticket. 🙁 The photo's look nice, i still think it would be nicer and funnier if we had £75,001 seats just to say we hold more than old trafford and seeing that attendance figure on match of the day lol. 🙂

16. I'm a West Ham fan, but i love the atmosphere at Anfield, it have been amazing the three times i have been at Anfield. I hope it will not destroy the atmosphere and history at Anfield.

26. I love the look of it the idea that they can build it while keeping all the seats open that is there now is cool plus once the 2 sides are done in 2018 they can do the Centenary stand later maybe even get bigger than old trafford
