Liverpool FC News: Liverpool Stunned As Mohamed Salah Rejects New £400,000/Week Contract Offer.
Mohamed Salah Rejects New Liverpool Contract Worth £400,000 Per Week
New reports have come out saying that the Egyptian forward has rejected a contract offer of £400,000 per week. Mohamed Salah is one of the best players in the world, no doubt about it.

Unfortunately, due to playing so much football and the pressure of very public contract negotiations, Salah’s form has drastically changed since January. The forward played in the Africa Cup of Nations for Egypt in January, featured in almost all of Liverpool’s matches this season, and lead Egypt to the brink of World Cup qualification.

All of that football and a stressful contract situation has led to a string of poor performances.

Liverpool supporters thought that all of this would be put in the rearview mirror after Egyptian sports minister Ashraf Sobhi revealed that Salah’s goal was to renew his Liverpool contract. Despite both sides wanting to get a deal done, it seems that there has been another roadblock. According to new reports, Mohamed Salah has rejected Liverpool’s latest contract offer. David Maddock of the Daily Mirror has reported that Salah rejected Liverpool’s offer that would see him earn £400,000 per week.

This is surprising to many as the reported fee is what Salah was originally demanding. If Liverpool and Salah cannot reach an agreement for a new contract, the club may be forced to sell him this summer.

Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, and Real Madrid have all registered interest in signing Salah if he becomes available.

  1. If you love this club, as you keep I saying, then you would not be stalling over your contract!!! I suspect that you are already a very wealthy man, with a very substantial wage structure!!! Stop holding our club to ransom!!! I love watching you, but you CAN be replaced!!! Never forget….you are in a very privileged position!!!

  2. Mohd salah you can leave cos I dunn care cos you are too greedy you can go to any club who can meet your demand.to be honest you are alredy 30yrs old .I am very confident liverpool can get younger player.if I am not wrong it is your manager want a bigger pie of your salary.so I hope you reconsider if you want to be the greatest legend like stevie Gerrard Ian rush Dalglish n John Barnes just to name a few

  3. Well ive said it before, Yes he is a good player with the aid of his fellow team mates, but he thinks twice of sharing that opportunity to his fellow team mates, the'll be lucky if to get a decent pass from him, let him GO!!!!!! LP FAN

  4. Take into account that he employs his relatives. Have a good look at his brother, which one is the STAR? His Father lives quite well too. Let him go. His goal-scoring future will change. Some forget quite quickly about who supply the tap ins. LET HIM GO! Some other brilliant player will grasp the chance to play in the best side in the world!

  5. All of these media frenzy is making the negotiations more difficult for everyone. if the negotiations truly isn't going through, we will know in due time.
I choose to wait for the official report from LFC.

  6. If true them it is time to sell and reinvest ,thank you for your services but it might be time to part ways if money is more important than the image.Well Liverpool will still stay ,no individual is bigger than the club(even if the modern day fans seem to think following players is more important).

  7. If this report is TRUE.Then its best that MO should GO. It appears that people do not learn from the mistakes of others. And one particular individual's mistake that MO, could have learned from was Phillipe Coutinho. The statue spiel was spelled out to both. But it appears MO is following the same insane trajectory of good old, what's his name ?
    Oh yes Phil.

  8. Stop spreading wrong information he did not new contract basically he is Sayang that focusing the most important games tomorrow and also among other games we hear him clearly that he is focusing for a next game stop lying

  9. Salah was nothing until he came to Anfield Nobody wanted him .He comes to us we surround him with great players for him to play off .He gets adored by the fans then throws it all back in our face he is not worth £400 grand a week. sell him now he might realise how well he was treated at Liverpool. In fact I would bench him until he is sold. we don't need him we have great players and there will be another salah in the wings. Liverpool Made Salah what he is unfortunately he is just another money grubber move on salah we will survive.

  10. Get rid of him he has been useless last three or four games and we still won we have the fire power to deal without him. I am a huge fan of Mo but if this is true then I lost respect for them. Its take a normal person over 20 years to earn that sheer greed.

  11. ?great.. that juz proves how big your ego is. Its better that this subject is closed for good once and for all. Period. LIVERPOOL IS NOT ABOUT SALAH. Say no more/ juz go and hv a great life. Let liverpool move on . It will be a blessing in disguise. As always.. YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE IN LIVERPOOL. Bye salah .FEED your agent well until he swell. YO!!

  12. If Mo Salah is not appreciated for what Liverpool has done for him then there is no option than to sell him and found another striker this summer window.
Infact I like Salah but rejecting his contact is not a good attitude for him to behave like that and I’m even shocked.
If he will accept the offer and continue his service we all will be appreciated and give thanks to the Lord Almighty God Amen. Thanks
