Will The President Pay The Price to "Denuclearize" North Korea?

Although the United States has a nuclear stockpile of approximately 4,000 warheads, it cannot win in a nuclear confrontation with North Korea, which is estimated to have no more than a dozen warheads. The reason: The price the United States would have to pay to «win» is simply too great.

North Korea has a population of approximately 25 million and a land area of about 46,000 square miles. That means it has the population of Florida and the land area of Mississippi. The United States, in contrast, has 320 million people and a land area of about 3.7 million square miles, making it the third largest country in the world. On the surface, it would appear that a small country would never be a match for the United States.

These calculations are upset, however, when the destructive effects of nuclear weapons are factored in. By most press accounts, North Korea has at least a dozen nuclear warheads, the largest of which have yields in the 100-kiloton range (1). In contrast, the atomic bombs we dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 were in the 12- to 15-kiloton range. Additionally, this small;country’s Hwasong-15 missile has a range of 8,000 miles (2), which means Honolulu and Los Angeles are within its range. The total population of these two cities is approximately 14 million. Atomic warheads with yields of 100 kilotons would kill most of them.

Kim Jong Un has shown, so far, that he is not intimidated by the huge military apparatus of the United States, including its arsenal of nuclear weapons. He apparently feels that his country needs nuclear weapons for protection, just like Israel, Pakistan, and India. The United States says that North Korea must «denuclearize» completely, while never mentioning similar arsenals maintained by the other three countries.

All is not lost, however. There is a way that security can be guaranteed while it greatly reduces its nuclear stockpile. Kim Jong Un might take the initiative with this letter to the president:

The President of the United States

The White House

Washington, D. C.

Dear Mr. Trump:

I am disappointed that our two meetings to date have not produced any worthwhile results. Nevertheless, I am hopeful that we can still reach an accord on the matter of nuclear weapons.

As you know, my country now has a considerable number of nuclear weapons, all of which are purely defensive in nature. In this regard, we are no different than Israel, Pakistan, or India.

In the interest of reducing tensions between our two countries and promoting world peace, I am prepared to dismantle all but two Hwasong-15 rockets and two 100-kiloton warheads, an effort that may be verified by international inspectors. In return I ask that the United States remove sanctions against North Korea and all American troops from the Korean peninsula.

Our two missiles will be mounted on transporter-erector-launchers that will be moved to new, undisclosed locations each day. Targets for these missiles will be the island of Oahu and the city of Los Angeles. As long as the United States and South Korea never attack my country the missiles will never be used

Sincerely,

Kim Jong Un

Supreme Leader of North Korea

Well, Mr. Trump, what are you going to do? If you launch a «preemptive» strike against North Korea the way George W. Bush launched a strike on Iraq in 2003, 10 to 12 million Americans in two of our cities will die. You can, most assuredly, «denuclearize» North Korea by dropping so many atom bombs on the country that it will become a radioactive wasteland. The real question is-are you willing to pay the price?

Tips to Have a Kick Like Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the greatest players in the world of football. In addition to teamwork, exceptional dribbling ability, and strategic acumen on the pitch, one of the most notable things about Ronaldo’s game is his kick, which he calls «knuckleball». By learning the right techniques, you can do a kick like Ronaldo in your practice. See Step 1 for more information.

Make a Free Kick

Cristiano Ronaldo is famous for his free-kick and the patented knuckleball-style swoop effect that emerged when he kicked it. To be able to do a free kick a la Cristiano Ronaldo, you need to learn to turn the ball just a little and forcing the ball to swoop down suddenly while still firing accurately at full speed that will be difficult to hold.

Place the ball with the nipple facing you

When Ronaldo did a free kick, he always aligned the ball so that his nipple touched his feet. It’s hard to know whether the touch has a noticeable effect on the ball path or it’s just superstition, but there’s no harm in trying.

Step back a few steps and move to the right

Ronaldo usually retreats 3-5 paces before he takes a free kick. Then he stood with both arms straight down and his feet widened, over shoulder width apart. As soon as he approaches, he uses a «stutter-step» pattern on his kick. Doing some stutter moves quickly tends to outwit the goalkeepers and other defenders so they will not know exactly when the kick landed.

Place the legs that are not for kicking and the position of the body arched backwards

Place the other foot on the side of the ball and curl backwards so that the kick angle is fitted to throw the ball upward

His free kick tends to rise very quickly, looking like it exploded from his leg. It comes from a quick curved back position just before it touches the ball. If done correctly, the kick will not spin, but it curves upward, then swoops down quickly, or mutes in accordance with the force released on follow-up.

Touch the ball right in the middle with your back

You will touch the ball with long bones in the leg that extend from the big toe to the top of the foot

Aim the nipple that you face at the beginning of the kick

To produce a «knuckle-ball» effect you need to avoid spinning the ball a bit. Try to touch the ball right in the middle as often as possible instead of rolling it off your feet at all

The most important part of the kick is the follow-up. Follow up the kick by directing the kicking leg toward which the ball will be fired, with the body spinning towards the target and lifting the leg that does not kick up. Straighten your knees that kick up, instead of ending with your legs on the side like the traditional follow-up.

Imagine you want to touch your knee legs that kick on your chin after touching the ball. If done correctly, the kicking foot will touch the ground first. Now back off and look at the «knuckle-ball» with its unpredictable prowess.

Doing a Cross Feed and Dribbling Ball

One of the benefits of Ronaldo’s game is that he likes to share opportunities, finding the best opportunities for his team to score. It means a cross and a corner kick. He can also move in all directions on the field, playing on the left, right, or in the middle as an attacker. His deft movements make him one of the greatest players.

Bring the ball to the penalty box

Unlike Beckham, famous for his long cross, elegant, curved with many rounds, Ronaldo’s cross is more like a small pass behind his back in a basketball. He brings the ball deep into the opponent’s area, then throws it into the air back through the game field to the team so that it becomes a header or shot.

Although he often played on the left side of the field, Ronaldo has alternated positions, depending on the game that runs, and will go to the middle of the field to do across as well.

Throw the ball to a teammate

To throw Ronaldo’s cross, touch the ball with the straight leg, and the legs that do not kick behind the ball. Make a very short follow up to throw the ball up as far as possible, so your teammates have a chance to head it.

Develop a cross with both legs

One of the weirdest things about Ronaldo is that he looks just as good at using both feet. The cross and his left foot shot are as accurate as the right-foot cross. Practice on your non-dominant legs by doing dribbling exercises with both feet, and shooting at the goal with the «wrong» leg as much as possible. Train the basics of your game until the strengths of both legs become precise, though retrograde. See more about how to Kick like Cristiano Ronaldo

Recognizing Symptoms of Mold Exposure

If you or someone you love has been exposed to mold, there are many symptoms that will present themselves. While obvious, they often go unchecked because they're very similar to the ones of health problems that aren't as serious like the cold or flu. Naturally any recurring health problem is usually a sign of a more serious problem, in this case it could mean that you have a mold infestation in your home.

The first defense you have in the fight against mold is to familiarize yourself with the symptoms. This is the biggest tool you have to protect yourself against the dangers of exposure to mold.

Prevention of mold exposure can be done through home testing by a professional. This can be a costly procedure, but it is an investment well worth the money. Mold can, in rare cases, cause death so it's very important to prevent recurring mold exposure since the problems tend to get more severe with each outbreak.

Physical Symptoms

There are numerous physical signs of an exposure to mold. Some of them can be extremely mild like a mild allergy outbreak. Other signs can be more severe and include seizures and upper respiratory infections. The more toxic the mold, the more severe symptoms you'll experience. The same holds true if you're repeatedly exposed to mold for longer periods of time.

After mold exposure you may experience brittle nails and hair loss. Cold-like feelings like a stuffy nose, runny nose and sore throat are also common. You may experience frequent nosebleeds. On the more alarming end of continuing mold contact, you may get cancer, experience anaphylaxis (trouble breathing), have reproductive organ complications or loose large amounts of weight. If the more serious symptoms of mold exposure get worse, there is also the risk of death. This is rare, but not impossible.

Psychological Symptoms

Signs of mold contact can also affect your psychological health. You might loose your memory abilities. There's the possibility of an increased risk of anxiety and depression. Fatigue can be a problem, as can insomnia. These are often misdiagnosed and improperly treated. Medications used to treat these without dealing the cause will produce little or no results. Left untreated, there's the potential that they become more serious physical problems that could lead to death.

Treatment Of Symptoms

Symptoms of mold exposure have, in the past, been diagnosed as other health problems because they appear to be another non-mold related problem. Misdiagnosis will most of the time result in more serious health problems. You may be affected with mold fungi if you've been treated for any of the above treatments, but haven't received any relief.

If you're finding that you're constantly sick, or a family member who lives with you is regularly sick, you may have a mold problem, especially if the medical treatments don't seem to be working. It may be a good idea to get your home inspected by a professional mold inspector.

Mold doesn't need to be toxic to inflict you and your family with the symptoms. For your own piece of mind, it's always a good idea to have your home regularly inspected for mold. Doing so could prevent serious problems of mold exposure later on.

Denis Law Was the King of Stretford End

The great Denis Law was born in Aberdeen on the 24th February 1940 and he began his soccer career as a wee boy playing for Aberdeen Lads Club. When Law left the Granite City to join the once great Huddersfield Town, he was only 15 years old and and it did take him long to make his debut for his native Scotland against Wales in 1958.

The legendary Sir Matt Busby reputedly wanted the promising Denis Law to play for Manchester United but was turned down by the Terriers. Bill Shankly, who was the manager at Huddersfield Town at the time, then tried to take Law with him to Liverpool. However, the Liverpudlians didn´t have the money to take the prolific marksman out of Yorkshire. Instead, the vastly talented Leeds Road youngster went to Manchester City when the Maine Road club paid a then British record transfer fee of £ 55,000 for him in March 1960. After a rather disappointing spell with famous Italian club Turin, he returned to Lancashire finally signing up for Busby´s Manchester United in 1962. Denis Law opened the 1963-64 season on a bright note and was deservedly picked out to play for a Rest of the World side against England at Wembley. As a Manchester United player, the Scottish international won every major domestic honor, although injury kept him out of the European Cup Final against Benfica at Wembley in 1968.

Denis Law returned to his old club Manchester City in 1973, and retired from football in 1974 after playing his last match in the World Cup in West Germany. During his 585 matches for his clubs, he managed to score a massive 300 goals. He also scored a total of 30 goals for Scotland in 55 matches. In 1964, Law was voted European Footballer of the Year as the only Scotsman to this day. Always in the best of spirits, Denis Law was no doubt one of the greatest entertainers ever witnessed on the British soccer scene. He was not only a Danny Kaye look alike, he also closely resembled the American comedian when performing some of his antics on and off the football pitch.

Lionel Messi – The Greatest Footballer Ever?

The footballing world watched on in utter amazement and delight yesterday as Messi’s Barcelona put 7 goals past a hapless Bayer Leverkusen side in a UEFA Champions League game at the Nou Camp. For the first time ever, we saw one person score 5 goals in a Champions league game and it so happened to be no other person than Lionel Messi.

Yes, the number of goals may be a new record which I think he can better in the years ahead, but it’s more the manner and the sheer class with which he scored the goals that made many a football enthusiast admire this rare talent that has emerged in this generation.

Of course, we all knew about his ability already but his display yesterday has put him in another League. The way in which he made the difficult act of scoring spectacular goals look so easy was just a joy to watch. One was a left foot lob, another a delightful right foot lob, then a careful control from an acute angel, a laser-guided placement with his left foot and then a drive through a number of opposing players. His unique sense of picking the right moments in games to do what he does best is simply quite extraordinary.

He has often been compared with the Legendary Pele and his fellow country man Diego Maradona as to who is the greatest player ever but I will dare to say that even these legends will secretly admit that it’s just a matter of time before this boy from the backside of Rosario, Argentina supersedes their achievements if he hasn’t already done so. Considering the fact that Messi is only 24 years of age and has at least 10 years of top flight football in him, the prospect of what he could achieve can be incredible.

It’s almost inconceivable that the world would never have seen what happened yesterday had it not been for the Barcelona scouts who intervened to save his career when he was being given up on. River Plate, one of the biggest clubs in the Argentine First Division who wanted to sign him from Newell Old Boys Club in Rosario, soon discovered that his inability to endure playing for 90 minutes was due to the absence of a growth hormone that hindered his normal physical development as a person. He looked so tiny for his age at the time that, they were not sure if he could develop physically to meet the demands of the modern game even though his talent was never in dispute. The money needed to put him on a special dieting programme was just too much they couldn’t afford it. They gave up on him but thankfully, he was spotted and taken to Barcelona’s La Masia’s training academy and the rest, they say, is history.

Talking about humble beginnings, his first contract was signed on a white handkerchief because his Dad was so frustrated with the directors of Barcelona at the time due to their indecision about his son’s future that, he gave Charles Rexach, the Director of football at the time a brief window of opportunity to make up his mind. Either they give him an answer there and then or forget about Messi forever once they fly back to Argentina. His exploits today has proven that it doesn’t matter where you begin in life but rather, it’s about you believing in your unique abilities and giftings given to you by God regardless of your size, age, race or gender.

As great as the current Barcelona team is at the moment, it is my firm conviction that if you pluck Messi out of this team, they would not have achieved as much as they have. He brings a certain quality to the team which puts them way above any other team at the moment. When games are tight, he is the only one that can come up with some special instinctive play capable of breaking down opposing teams whereby creating opportunities to score goals.

The flip side of the above argument is that, even the greatest players will find it very difficult to perform at their optimum when they are either surrounded by mediocre players or the team they find themselves in doesn’t play to their strengths. This may well be the reason why he is yet to hit the same dizzy heights with the Argentine National Team as he’s done time and time again with his Club side.

With all that he’s achieve so far, hearing him speak just makes you believe why he may go on to accomplish much more. He seems to exude this important virtue of humility which is vital not only to help get you to the top of your game but more importantly, to stay there. There isn’t any air of «superstardom» about him. His lifestyle is just simple, both on and off the pitch. I’m yet to hear any news about Messi involved in any «off the pitch» incidents that you so often associate with English Premiership players. He just seems to enjoy playing in huge stadia as much as he did when he played on the streets of Rosario.

So is he the greatest player ever? The legendary Pele seems to think he is the best by far in the world at the moment. Most football Managers, fellow professionals and the football community at large seem to think he is the best ever even though he’s yet to lead Argentina to Word Cup glory. I would not dispute that either. I think we haven’t seen the best of him yet. He is simply sublime.

Onshore and Offshore Outsourcing: Your Choices

Outsourcing is practised throughout the business world, offshore outsourcing in particular has been well documented in the media for numerous reasons.

The fact is businesses will continue to outsource especially if the process;

  • Offers them specific expertise they don’t have in-house
  • Most importantly, if it saves them money

Outsourcing is particularly popular as far as IT is concerned, many businesses outsource their IT departments to gain expertise in the field and in an effort to cut down on costs.

Whether you decide to go offshore or stay within the country will depend on the needs of your company, your budget and your business ethos. Both onshore and offshore have advantages and both are designed to increase productivity and cut down on staffing costs.

What’s best for my business?

Onshore Outsourcing; This usually involves outsourcing within your own country. For instance a business in London could outsource its call centres in Manchester or freelancers based in Liverpool.

The general consensus is that the costs you will face staying within your own constituency will outweigh the potential risks of transporting your business to another country or continent, particularly a country with another language and different legal regulations.

There’s also the geographical advantage to consider, meaning that if you want to get in touch with your IT department for instance, they’re likely to be only a train journey or short flight away.

One of the main advantages is that communication will be greatly improved.

You’re also likely to face less issues when it comes to legal issues, if you’ve outsourced within the same constituency, with stricter legislation in place intellectual property law is often vastly different in other countries.

Offshore Outsourcing: The process essentially follows the same ideas but you’re likely to face some problems going abroad. The main attraction for outsourcing offshore is the reduced labour costs, India is the most popular choice as far as the United Kingdom is concerned because the has a high number of fluent English speakers and lower labour costs than most of western society.

Of course there are the issues we’ve previously mentioned, despite the fact that some countries speak English, there’s no guarantee they’ll be fluent in the language. It can be costly and stressful consistently flying to far off countries meaning that communication will primarily have to be online or on the telephone.

It’s also worth noting that you may have to train these employees whether their based in the same city or in another continent.

So these are some of the choices you’re likely to encounter as a business, there are obviously arguments for both of these methods, outsourcing is likely to remain a popular choice for businesses for the foreseeable future, what method you choose will depend on your business.

Turf Seeds for All Your Sports

Turf seeds, in general, are used for leisure, landscape, and sports, however, sports constitute the largest share of all the uses. Such seeds are used in a number of sports, be it cricket, golf, football, baseball, etc. There are various types of seeds, each suited for a different sport, for instance, the most preferred varieties for golf are Ryegrass, Creeping Bentgrass, Bermuda Grass, Zoysia Grass, etc. There are several types in the market, like Creeping Bent Grass, Blue Kentucky Grass, Tall Fescue Grass, Rye Grass, Bermuda Grass, Zoysia Grass, Bahia Grass, and others.

Does this market for sports turf seed offer any benefits?

The demand for them is a derived demand for turf-based sports fields, and with increasing number of tournaments, including the yearly Indian Premier League (IPL), the demand for it has been increasing rapidly over the years. There are a number of factors that make a natural turf field superior to an artificial one, some of the factors are stated below:

• soil restoration and improvement

• noise abatement and glare reduction

• heat dissipation and temperature moderation

• surface water protection

However, with the growing trend of synthetic fields around the world, the growth of the market has somewhat slowed down.

What is the scenario for such a niche market?

A report by a market research firm estimates a 10.2% CAGR for the global sports turf seed market, which was worth USD 836.7 million in 2015.

What we are observing globally, in terms of sports turf seeds, is that the world trade of turf grass seed revolves around five major players. The United States is by far the largest producer and exporter of grass seed in the world. This is followed by the EU15 as a whole, then Canada and New Zealand follow. The other nations of significance in the market are Argentina and the Czech Republic.

The main hurdles for the global turf seed market are; falling yield, rapid adoption of artificial turf, and rising costs of growing turf seeds.

However, with increasing number of research studies ongoing for the development of drought tolerant and other types of turfs around the world. For instance, Grass Traits and Varieties (GTV) program represents research on a wide breadth of target traits for grass cultivars in the United Kingdom, it is expected that new and better varieties are likely to be developed in the future, which may further drive market growth.

Some Facts About Social Trends

Mostly, experienced professional sports bettors and handicappers use the information on the sports trends and statistics to decide which team has more chances of winning and place their bets on that team. If you plan to participate in betting on a game of football, it is rather imperative to look at and analyze the football statistics, trends of each team, and other relevant sports data before placing the bet on a particular team. It is now not very difficult to discover data on the current trends of a team or a player as there are many websites that provide up-to -date details of sports statistics and trends of the players and teams. However, here are seven important factors that most people overlook when trying to collect data on sports trends.

Sports Trends Consist Of All Aspects Of A Game: The sports trend reports should include not only the information regarding the playing statistics of the team, form of its players, and the list of injured players, but also should include all details of teams and players , including the defensive and offensive strategies or game plans used by the team to win the matches, data about the performance, achievements, and failures of the team in the last few years, and appraisals and reviews of the games played by the team. An objective evaluation of all these factors enables a professional social bettor or a sports handicapper to correctly predict the outcome of a game.

Stadium Surface Can Affect Betting Sports Trends: Undoubtedly, the nature of the playing surface of a stadium can influence the performance and winning chances of players, especially in games like tennis. It seems that the sports bettors and handicappers assign more importance to the statistics of teams and players to predict the outcome of a game. However, other factors such as the playing surface of the stadium and weather conditions can also affect and inhibit the winning potential of a player or a team. For instance, football or basketball players who are used to playing on natural grass may find it hard to adjust to playing on an artificial turf stadium.

Economic Factors Can Influence Sports Trends: Many ardent sports lovers strongly believe that the success of the Manchester City against the Chelsea in the English Premier League tournament is the best example of the fact that money power can change the winning chances of a team. The rich Abu Dhabi owners of Manchester city has invested billions of money in upgrading the team and bought many experienced and talented football players from overseas. Consequently, the Manchester City has become an instantaneous success and has quickly started winning games.

Influence of Motivation Factors: When you look into the sports trends that determine the outcome of a sports event or game, you should also take into consideration the motivation of the players. It is not unusual that the players of a team, who have performed poorly in a game or two, bounce back with extra motivation and enthusiasm in the next match and win the game. Likewise, sometimes, a team which has won more than a few matches in a row may not be able to win a match against an inferior opponent, mainly because of its overconfidence.

Leadership and Professional Abilities of Coaches: There is no doubt that the coaches play a major role in the success of a player or a team, particularly in games like football and baseball. There are many instances in which the performance of a team dramatically improved when they got a new head coach. Hence, it is advisable to take a look at the professional achievements and history of head coaches of each team before placing your bet on a team.

How To Win A Sports Bet: It should be noted that sports trends, statistics, picks, and predictions can give you only an idea about which team has more potential and chances to win the game. To become a successful sports bettor and earn money from sports betting, you need to develop certain qualities, such as self-restraint, dedication, endurance, and money management skills. You should also try to get a clear basic knowledge about the sports in which you are betting.

Barca’s Got The Bark And The Bite!

Wearing their white colored away kit, Man U kicked off as the stronger side with Cristiano Ronaldo threatening to score five minutes into the game. But with Barca midfielders Andres Iniesta and Xavi Hernandez possessively controlling the ball, Man U soon lost control. Iniesta in his Nike T90 Laser II football boots paved the way for the opening goal when he found Samuel Eto’o, who deftly hit the net.

Red, white and blue

The atmosphere in the stadium was electric as fans from both sides came out in full support of their favorites dressed in their team colors. The stands seemed draped in shades of red, white and blue! The new Nike FC Barcelona home soccer gear saw a return to traditional vertical stripes of red and blue, said to be «designed to inspire the kind of football the club’s famous for – spirited, passionate and oozing Catalan pride!» And did it work! Post half time, midfielder Lionel Messi headed the ball over Edwin Van der Sar and clinched the second goal. He seemed adequately thrilled with his brand new boots – custom made Adidas F30i – and happily kissed them!

Certainly More than a Club!

On the one side, Man U could boast of star players like Wayne Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez and Berbatov, on the other side, Barca dominated with the likes of Messi, Henry, Eto’o, Xavi and Iniesta. If the Catalan greats, Barca, scored 100 goals at the Liga, Messi, Henry and Eto’o were responsible for 69 of them! Maybe the white away kit wasn’t too lucky for Manchester United as they saw their dream to win their third Champions League trophy shatter. While the Catalans struck gold with their new look – a V-necked Nike Dri-Fit shirt that has the Catalan flag on the back of the neck and the label ‘Más que un club’ (More than a club) sewn inside. Barca stuck to its policy of not having a sponsor’s logo on their soccer shirts; something they have been adamant about ever since the club was formed. But they retained the UNICEF logo as part of the deal to not take any money, but use it to fund UNICEF’s humanitarian programs.

Three Cheers for the Champions

With this win, Barca now has three trophies to its credit – the Champions League, Liga and the Copa del Rey. Celebrations broke out on the streets of Barcelona when the team returned home. Thousands of ecstatic fans followed the open topped bus that had ‘Tricampeones’ (Three times Champion) emblazoned on it. To mark this special occasion, the players wore commemorative shirts with the words ‘Copa, Liga y Champions’ along with the team members names stamped on it.

Forgetting all protocol, the players ran onto the pitch of Camp Nou stadium and proudly held the three trophies up to their supporters who sang and chanted in reciprocation! The evening was sealed with another lap of honor, this time to the tune of Coldplay’s ‘Viva la Vida’ and crackling fireworks!

Whoever said what’s in a name seemed to have got it all wrong! A name, a number, a color – this is what champions are made of…
