  1. If you haven’t got a ticket, don’t go the game.

If you’re at the fan park and don’t have a ticket, don’t go to the ground.

Two things I still haven’t heard from any of our lot and how you get into following Liverpool, regardless of generation or age and still don’t understand our history and whether you like it or not, our reputation in Europe away, still staggers me.

I love the club and this team but sometimes we miss gaping opportunities to prove our detractors wrong and not risk the safety of our own, regardless of how badly organised it was.

  2. Great season, loved walking out my front garden on the Strand to cheer the lads. We are just one quality midfielder short. If you put KDB alongside fab and Thiago I'm certain we win everything in the known universe. I think playing 3 midfielders that don't line with the front 3 is the difference. Look how many times Silva and KDB overloaded Real. We should playing Bobby, ahead of Thiago and Fab, and behind the 3. Bobby is such an intelligent player and is one of the best interlinking players. Think we need to be alot more positive and believe in our ability. City just seem to have that more belief maybe, to switch games instantly. Real proved that a quality midfielder is important. Modric's quick thinking won Real the European Cup. If we are going to win the big trophies we need a quality midfielder, or a switch to a 4213 etc

  3. That tosser Hannibal was made a cunt of by our unders as well. He was totally dominated by the U23 midfield. I think it was Morton in particular who just mullered the cunt out of the game, treated him as if he was a 10 yr old and he had no answer to it, either.

  4. Salah is more adaptable than mane??? That is laughable. Salah is an exceptional right winger..but not more adaptable than mane..who can play reasinable well across the front 3 positions..and drops deeper into midfield than salah has lungs for. Better at defending and pressing from the front than salah.

  5. International Breaks / Journey's are good narratives for a season review …But if you really look into the Midfield make up early on not addressing the loss of Gini who people said we wont miss as we can easily get someone to do a better job it didn't happen we decided the like of Jones, Harvey, Millie were left to cover him. Brentford, Brighton, Chelsea, City, West Ham, Leicester. a common make up of Hendo/Jones /Ox/Millie/Fab were involved. Now Fab cannot do it all being our only natural 6 plus need a few games coming back from injury to get to his level we love . The highlights watched show you lack of keeping the ball in midfield and anyone willing to run at Hendo /Jones likely result you cut through them with ease. Once Thiago / Fab combined with either only one of Millie/Hendo/Naby/Jones we get positive results consistently. So no Jones as defo not covered at Gini's level (yes young not his fault but we need to stop naming youngster for the sake of it).

Mane analysis is poor he's younger then Benz, Lewandowski, CR7 etc by 4-5 years. He's a professional that also takes care of himself plays right across the front including the 10 role if he's slowing No his best has still not passed him and still has every chance winning the CL with Munich. Let show him some respect pls. Its contractual as well like Salah. We'll need a ready made replacement that I agree with.

  6. I just hope our lads can bare what's happened and still have the energy to go again and not be thinking this City team just too hard to beat , I'm wondering if Saido thought he couldn't go again to be disappointed at the end of the season after the whole squad giving every single drop of blood sweat and tears, it's one thing for City to know we not going away but at least they won so havnt felt the sheer gutted feeling we've had to endure twice now, when we won it we were miles ahead so it was different bc it was over months before and on top of that we didn't even get to celebrate it. I'm seeing the Dortmund , Bayern thing as well bc that must have been very similar and it was about 7 Yr in when Dortmund couldn't go again against Pep, Bayern , Pep learnt got better and blew them away bc he had the resources as well as his obvious talent to do that and now the same seems to be happening so I'm just hoping that Trophy Parade gave the lads enough of a boost to see them right. Still gutted but proud as well but just can't shake it off. YNWA

  7. How weird that you've just had the incredible season you've had, with all those highs, and we've just had one of our worst seasons in the last 80 years and your highlight is beating our terrible team in a routine 2-0 home win. And then another highlight is the 4-1. And another highlight is Burnley winning, because we might go down. And yet 'you don't care about us'? Wow. Enjoy your good times, don't worry about us. We're entitled to be bitter. We're terrible. That's the only emotion our club evokes at the moment.

  8. Why aren’t we reporting Bayern to fifa for tapping up Mane? They’ve already admitted to meeting and agreeing wages/contract length etc… all this prior to our biggest game of the season! Mane in that interview saying he will clarify his future plans after the CL final decision was disruptive and disrespectful! Then he’ll cry he doesn’t get the love etc Salah gets!? Absolute mare he’s had!
On the back of this I’d take a swap deal with them for lewandowski!

  9. Time to cash in on Salah and Mane. Thanks guys it's been a blast. All the best.

Splash out (considering the prize money) on a new #9 (no offence Bobby).

Trent to RM. Gomez permanent RB.

This might not be a popular opion in this modern race of followers-and-likes-mean-prizes, but neither are FSG (for some strange reason) Hope they are of the same mind and actually don't GAF and are as ruthless as we imagine.

  10. Obviously disappointed with how it ended but overall very good season, fans got back in the stadiums and we lifted 2 trophies it's not like Amazon you don't get everything you want, jurgen signed an extension Happy Days

Here's my thing I would love to see klopp learning from the likes of ancheloty whatever his name is who realized that if he went Toe to toe with us he would lose so he had to box a little smart for example when Spurs come to anfield and park the bus why do we try to strangle them with the press let them breathe let them come out and play and then we can hit them on the counter we will see I'm very hopeful for next season I'm also looking to see it switched up a little bit I'm getting tired of us playing teams and all they have to do is park the bus

  11. Next season will be the biggest in our 130 year history. Both Men and Women’s first teams will be competing for 8 major trophies. I’m not to worried about the transfer business because I know Klopp and Beard will bring in the right people. The women however, I’d like to see a couple of marquee signings for both helping us compete and business wise. There’s quite a few big names available.

  12. Someones turned Sadios head!! whethter it was treatment by own fans when Sadio was having a dip, the same fans that turned on Salah when he had a dip or Hendo or Millie or Naby or Trent etc etc etc…. Sadio is sturdy and dependable!!! he never gets injured and hes a threat when not scoring!! Salah is more or less lethal when hes lethal but when its not his day he only seems to play one way….. Klopp should try convincing Mane and Salah to stay! Like how PSG convinced mbappe twice to stay or how LFC convinced Gerrard to stay!

  13. Loving the way our fans and you guys come together in the Liverpool way to prove an injustice!!!! Just love you guys!!!! Love the way Neils our new front man!!!!! Up the Wrap!!!!

  14. Next season is probably one of our more ones in recent history, and we can't make the childish mistakes we made in the 2020-21 season. We have an aging midfield which needs a fast transition. We have a forward line where our two most important assets are in their last season and one of them has already declared he wants to go. And we have a support squad, especially in midfield, which is either too young, too old or not good enough. So we have to spend…….big time! Milner signing is great for his leadership qualities which could be crucial for the youngsters which, i suspect, will increasingly be part of the 1st team next season, but we do not ready made, quality signings in the midfield and forward line ASAP. If we're not careful we could easily be left behind. Fabio Carvalho is kid with huge potential but we need to add more to the midfield, especially with the departure of the overrated mediocrity that is the Ox, a player i never understood what the hell he was doing at Liverpool……and no, a couple of good games here and there are not enough! ………and Klopp knows it! I will not have the audacity to suggest any signings course i have faith in our recruitment but if there's somebody we just can't ignore that's Darwin Nunez…..what a player! ……..somebody who will not only give as a different dimension to our play but who is a massive jump in quality from Origi [however much we all love him]. What's going to happen to Taki? Is Keita signing a new contract? Kelleher stating publicly he doesn't know what the future will bring….does it mean he wants to go? Do we then sign another GK? Too many questions unanswered and too short a time to get sorted.
