  1. Pulisic needs to step up his game. He has not been impactful enough. He needs strength training and needs to get his explosive speed back. He hasnt had it since his injury at chelsea in 2019. He was always going 1v1 and beating players. Now he can barely beat players with his first touch. He used to be so much faster. His footwork was also faster. If you aint fast with your feet or physically fast, you arent good enough to be a winger. So either he needs to get better in those areas or he is going to eventually be benched. Cause chukaweezie has those skills. So either get faster and stronger or go to a 4-2-3-1 and get him in the 10 role.

  2. I hope they are just as confident and focused in the next games because that game against inter they played as if they where electrocuted, I just hope they learned from it unlike the last 4 times.

  3. This squad is really good man we still have Bennacer to come back, Jovic and Romero then there are other youngsters honestly this squad hasn’t even got going yet properly, some people out there don’t have a clue still just mad about Maldini and Tonali departures. The inter loss was just a massive coaching F up that is all.

  4. Although I thought our CBs showed up well same can’t be said for the outside backs. Theo was non existent while pulisic was in until springing the third goal. He could have easily been playing CP on the 1.2s throughout the entirety of the first half and second half. If you watched which I’m sure you did, you’ll notice pulsic laying it back or square then literally dusting whoever the RB was and if Theo can slide in a gorgeous ball to Rafa he certainly can do the same to Christian and or switch the fields to Samuel if he is as elite or world class as he is viewed in Italy or
    For his national
Team. Immediately when Leao came on it was like ok
Now I’m gonna threaten with these overlaps and tidy football. But the crazy part
Is pulsic is waaaaaaay more likey to make the better final decision even if that means passing it instead of shooting than Leao is. But I was really excited to see okafor smoothly finish one and appreciated samueles pace and nice look to Ruben. Cheers!

  5. So one thing that concerned me a little while watching Christian Pulisic in this match was that at several points he would make a run in behind the defense and when he didn't get the pass he would throw his hands up and looked visibly frustrated. Should I be worried about his mindset or is that pretty normal from him and I just haven't paid close enough attention to how he acts when he's off the ball?

  6. It's always nice to see these 6-pointer rounds. In last round so many top teams waisted points (Juve, Napoli, Lazio & Roma) and this round our toughest and direct Scudetto rival lost, while ACM won both rounds. It can't be much better than this.

    Forza Kush and forza Milan!

  7. The rotations are definitely encouraging, and finally Adli getting a proper chance, should get more of a chance hopefully. Nice to see Okafor score so maybe confidence is there going forward, but these rotations need to kept up for sure, because then it gives you a quality full side, as opposed to say a quality 11 and a iffy second string side

  8. We had an okay game, our spacing is not very good. Many players from Milan would group up causing the closing of passing lanes, and increasing the number of defenders there were on them at any given time.

While I love how Adli came into his new role and was able to do great job for his first time, he does not belong in that position. That position should belong to Musah. I think Musah with the right training can become a serious threat in that position due to his work rate, ability to attack and defend and his powress on the ball. While Adli in his will allow us to see the fluidity we so desperately need as he is excellent at minimal movement and defense cutting passing

Our fluidity is also not there and this maybe something that takes a while to develop as the team is relatively new but if you look at the way Sassuolo played, their game is much more fluid with a control the ball before moving, passing or shooting approach. Their pace was also slower and it helped them with buildup play. These are areas we need to improve on.

Our defense is very helter skelter showing inconsistencies in their positional play and a lack of confidence in 1v1 situations creating gaps and mistakes that lead to easy goals by the opposition. All in all good game with some room to learn and improve. Leao needs to start passing the ball to receive the ball more if he does that he will be able to score as many goals as Haland and Mbappe and become the serious threat we know him to be

  9. Great day for 4 reasons: 1-Milan won, 2-Inter lost, 3-Adli started (which should have been the title of your clip 😂), 4- Ac milan for the first time as far as I know, announced an official step for a new stadium…(which I suggest you make a clip about because the project is so huge, as per Ac Milan's annoucement piece)

    Thanks again

  10. I like how Milan was able make comeback in various matches in terms of confidence after the disaster of a performance they gave against Inter Milan and the game against Cagliari shows that. Thank God that Yacine Adli is able to get the opportunity to showcase his talent and creativity that Milan desperately needs and if he is able to properly showcase it then it may convince Pioli to start him instead of Rade krunic. As Milan have a Nigerian flyer and hope the Nigerian Monster Victor Oshimen can join his flight brother Samuel given how Napoli totally disrespected him when he just missed one penalty in his entire career. I still believe Milan need a Defensive Midfielder to further reinforce the defense as Milan will face the European Giants in UCL that includes PSG.

  11. I wasn't sold on Adli, yes he can pass but he can be a defensive liability and low work rate in defense for a CDM. He can play a role against bottom table teams but against stronger teams I would be concerned. Musah´s performance at CDM gets a bit overlooked in comparison but he put in much more of a real CDM shift.
Adli deserved his chance and he took it to some degree, but the criticism of him being a passing merchant has a lot of substance unfortunately.

  12. @kush this game was only easy on paper, there are no small teams in seria A anymore. This is by far our best game in over a year. The team was compact, everyone working for eachother, well coordinated frontline pressure, I was pleased and secondly Pioli for once made quality substitution and had a good reading of the game. The myth that we have traditional superstars is broken now.

  13. Reijnders has to be mentioned imo, for me him and Yacine were our key players in the first half. Adli is the closest thing we've seen to Pirlo, he's way more similar than Tonali who mistakenly gets compared due to his looks and nationality. The long balls, the vision, the way the game slows down with the ball at his feet, it's a huge failiure on Piolis part not utilitizing him more.

  14. Considering the amount of games that the club will have ahead, probabbly we are going to see these sort of rotations very often, let's not forget that not only the Champions League's games are coming up, but also the Italian Coup as well, if Pioli wants to avoid injuries and players getting super exhausted, he has to keep up with these rotations and give everyone in the squad minutes.

Also, winning that Derby was more of a bad thing than a good thing for Inter, not sure if it is due to their "Ego" or they got too chill out for their own good that now they are struggling to win games that should be easy for them, they barely could win against Empoli, they pulled a draw by a miracle against Real Sociedad and now they lost against Sassuolo at Home.

  15. There were some decent by-line cut backs from both sides, but no one made the run for it or at least exploit that chances. We need more efficiency on the attack.

  16. Yacine made me so proud. I remember him from Bordeaux. Very talented but raw and a loose canon. He showed not only that he was able to play well in his new position, he was exemplary on the pitch, communication constantly, being a true master of the midfield. The way he also went to hug Pioli at the end of the match, his attitude given his absence, it was great. So proud to finally see a Bordeaux player do well at Milan, let's see more of this !

I dunno if you had an "Oh why sub Adli and not Ruben?" moment. I sure did. Moments later Ruben shoots that rocket…. class. He shut me up.

Such a good night for us with Inter losing. Forza Milan 🔴⚫

  17. Kudos to the resilient mentality that Adli have and the hardwork he had put in to play in a position that he hasn't played in his career before.
On the ball he's class and far better than krunic but off the ball is what surprised me just like you.

  18. I like how a lot more guys get a chance this season. This has always been my biggest criticism with Pioli the past few seasons: He trusts only a few guys and if you're out of his circle of trust you basically have no chance to get any playing time.
I hope Pioli doesn't revert back to his old ways should the pressure on the club get bigger. Guys like Theo, Giroud and Leao need some rest at times.

  19. For me this was an ugly win against a very week side. Milan conceded several attacks from the worst attacking line in the league. No excuses shall be made because our defense and midfield were almost the starters… Our major flaw is pioli, the guy is very limited…

  20. The ball that Reijnders got out to Puli was the 1st of the match that was out in front where he could run on to it. In fact, in the last 3 matches everybody kept putting balls to his feet instead of where he was running to, so he'd have to stop his run. He had to come back to every ball he got in this match until that "assist".

  21. I really enjoy how you analyze the individual within the team. As it a team game. Everyone who played put in a good shift today. Pulisic at time might look a little off his game here and there. However, he does create chaos and come up at crucial moment last couple of matches. Hopefully everyone stays healthy so we can compete for a prize.
