United should spend 150M on 3-4 very good / going to be great players, not 1 world-class and 2 Meh players.
It's not a 1 year rebuild – don't have to hit it out of the park the first season. Get the 2 midfielders and 2 defenders that you desperately need (40M average) – Ronaldo is still going to give you 20 goals.
Chelsea won a UCL with Havertz as their striker, Man Utd can get a top 4 with CR7 as theirs.
Liverpool, its a no brainer. Man Utd have too much work to do and they need too many players in other areas whereas at Liverpool he will just slot right in
